Fresh graduate salary

Fresh grad? What are you expect for your salary after getting a degree/diploma scroll?

RM5000?

RM4000? 

RM3000?

RM2500?

Or don't want to demand my degree..

Maybe up to the Board of Director..

Below show us the average salary for the field that you are involved.  This was the info for government employee (Picture)..

For the private sector, maybe the rate is different because sometime the private sector would not see your qualification, but they are looking on your performance and also your experiences.  But then, if you're able to show them your capability in handling the works, no wonder the management can offer you more than the basic.

Sometimes the freshiessss are looking on the good salary but they don't now how to handle the work, don't know how to interact with people and customers.  Freshieee should not demand the high salary at first, please use the opportunity to find the experiences in handling the project in the company, so that your boss will know your capability and your future will be fine.
